ok my girlfriends new fb gets amazing gas milage (200 miles half a tank!!!!), and my best friends fb gets good gas milage too... mine however does not... i have changed my plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter is clean. my girls is stock with the ac and the air pump removed hers i think is quicker then mine too ...even if the speedo does just go to 85 hahaha) my best friends ( zac, FB II) has header, 2.25 inch piping ..ect ... what can be my fb's deal?

Look for vacuum leaks, I found three, mileage went from 16 to 24 mpg. They can be tricky to find, one even escaped the carb cleaner detection test.

If you're tuned up, the biggest factors influencing gas mileage are driving habits and exhaust.

If your exhaust is clogged that would also explain why your girlfriend's car is quicker.
