fuse box connectors and unused relays

I am part way into installing a 2 gen fuse box on my SA.
Where can I get the female connectors that go into the fuse box? see picture.
Whic side of the box goes to the battery and which goes to the alternator?
What does the smaller wire that is connected along with the heavy wire go to? See pictures.
Note the position I am using is just a few inches toward the drivers side mounted to the firewall. There is a 4 mm machine screwhole in the firewall and I used a longer sheet metal screw at the location where the fuel line is bolted to the firewall. There are about 6 inches apart, allowing use of "Home depot" angle iron with prepunched holes and 1.5 inch legs. This places the fuse box directly above the starterwhich should allow short connections.
Is ther a detailed how to on the four relays mounted behind the drivers headlight? It appears I do not need these relays after installing the electronic distributor but I am not sure of how to eliminate them.

Nice I was thinging about installing 2 and wasnt sure where to mount the other 1 looks good. As for the female just use yellow and use a screw driver to widen them out a little to make them work.

The yellow spade terminals came in two sizes: wide and normal side. I cant remember which one so buy them both.

Without the yellow plastic cover, crimp them tightly (and you can solder them too) and then use heat shrink.

And for the 10mm bolt (the main fuse), you do the same.

PS: And no I didnt get laid last night. Im just in the mood for picture whoring.

Mind if I ask why you chose that location for the fusebox?

update

I was able to buy pigtails with the factory female connector from the dealer for $4.50 each. I am told that Hella driving lights may use the same connectors. I have not found a Hella dealer to find out if the connectors would be cheaper. I was also told that an electric supply house may have them at $15 per 100. I do not know if they would be the correct matric size or the standard 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch type that the auto stores carry. wackyracer showed how a 1/4 inch could be opened up to fit the blade but I want to retain the factory plugs so I have the locking tab to be sure they do not come loose. To do that I need the right connectors.
I located the fuse box as shown so it is directly above the starter. This will allow short direct runs for the main power and alternator feeds when I relocate the battery to behind the passengers seat. If you leave the battery in the stock location mounting the fuse box on the drivers strut tower may be just as good.
I still need to understand what those relays behindthe drivers headlight do and how I can remove them. I think one turns off the trailing plugs during certain conditions to dump more unburned gasses into the thermal reactor to keep it up to operating temperature.
