Fuse blows when Horn button depressed

Hi Guys,

I've been trying to get my horns working finally and I've run in to a problem.

Every time I press the horn button the fuse pops. I replaced the relay previously, as the horns did nothing previously, so this is an "improvement"

The horns themselves work as I have tested them directly at the battery.

I'm stumped and could use some guidance.

could be a short in the horns themselves too, maybe there was a reason the first relay took a dump
