Funny, I already have Eibach springs...

So as part of my suspension setup on my SA I wanted Eibach's. After taking out the engine and doing a little more inspection on the car I find that I already have Eibach's on the car... FREAKING SCORE!!!

So far...

Borbet 14" type T's

GSL-SE suspension/brake setup ... maybe no big deal if I do the Respeed kit and a ford 8.8 like I plan

Eibach's

Even if the body is to far gone, I think I've got my money out of her from these things as well as the great misc. stock parts!

BTW did Eibach make anything other than the "pro-kit" for the first gens?

I believe they do, if you can find them. My pros are black, look and see if you can still read the part # on yours, if they are a different color.

Mine are black also. I thought they were stock due to them looking like they had a lot of age. Turns out just a thin layer of dust.

no, I actually have never driven *this* rx7. I was just going on the asumption that they were the stock 20+ year old springs. I've driven plenty of stock 20+ year suspension 7's to know that they all need suspension component replacements.

Nice find. I have not yet determined the brand of springs that came on my car. I was looking to get some eibachs, and noticed my springs are light blue, like tokico "blues" shocks/struts. I just assumed they were the 20+ year old stockers, till I got a closer look.
