Proto Pics

Hey guys time for an update...

Here are some prototype pics of the unit... let me know what you think of the positioning and the likes.

Again just let me know what you guys think of the positioning... they should be shipping by the end of the month.

The top pod looks like it is angled to high, but hard to tell from the pics.

I'd just make sure the sight angle matches the same position as the stock gauges (i.e. target the same viewing position for height and centerline of the driver).

Looks decent, but hard to tell with all that epoxy/resin/whatever on there. The angles might be a little off. It's attention to detail that will sell you 100 and not 20

Which MOMO wheel is that? Looks dead seggzy.

Damn, where have I been? I'm totally down for a pod. I have a whole slew of gauges I need to install and couldn't find the room. Any chance on a 3 pod

The biggest thing is that they are angled correctly. They should actually be pointed down a little to reduce the glare on the windshield. As long as they're pointed at you side ways, they can be a little off up-down and still be visable. I like how you started them off down low. That makes it much easier to move your eyes to the guages and back. As you go higher up the pillar, you have to change your focus depth too much, and you're essentially blind for a split second as your eyes adjust. It's worse at night.

But anyways, count me in. I have an '85 GSL so I'm guessing it'll work. Who do I need to talk to?

Oh yeah, it also looks to me like they are too close and the front one will cover up the lower one. I know I sit pretty high in my car, almost on the roof, and those camera shots are pretty low. Just an observation.
