Fuel system for TII swap

I going to replace all my fuel lines in my SA for my TII swap. I bought some 3/8" steel fuel line to run new feed and return from tank to eng compartment. Also have purchased a walbro inline and aeromotive fpr. what fuel filter or filters should i run? I'm going to flare the line to -6 so i can use some fittings also. What do you guys think?

Are you talking about slosh etc?

My Filter is installed after the pump. I actually placed it right before the rails so that I would not have to climb under the car to get to it. Should make changing the filter a lot easier.

GSL-SE Fuel tank with internal baffles. The return feed into the same "cup"
as the fuel pickup is, so it never runs out of fuel, even if the tank is low.

Very bad idea. An EFI fuel pump is a device built to very precise clearances. Get a tiny bit of crud in there and you can say good bye to your pump. I'm using three filters. One before my Carter lift pump, one before the Bosch motorsport main pump and one before the fuel rail.

Unless you run an SE tank like DF you really need to have a surge tank. Otherwise you will most definately run out of fuel during cornering or acceleration.

The filter prior to the inline pump looks like a stock 12a filter..

A stock 12A filter doesn't have 1/2inch inlet and outlet.

It's a Volvo filter.

It's a good idea to run a filter before the pump, just to make sure, and after the pump. Just about 'any' metal hi-presure fuel filter will work. You might want to add a fuel presure guage somewhere under the hood also.

Got a SE tank already in the car. Thanks for the heads up on the filter. I will install a secondary filter prior to the pump. Odd though...I see third gens like this all the time. Might be because their pump is sumped into the tank. You can never have too many filters though. I will be running a a1000.

I also have a RRFPR. So no worries on that.

Some people use a regular filter prior to the pump. Because it's low pressure prior to the pump. After the pump they install a hi-pressure filter.. Correct?

Check your auto parts store. Autozone has a whole rack of filters in different configurations, should be able to find what you need.

I'm using the stock 1st gen. filter before the pre-pump, a Volvo 1/2inch filter before the main pump as the Bosch has a very large inlet and a stock TII filter in the engine bay.
