Fuel Pump Location

Hello, I am currently putting in a Bosch 910 Fuel Pump in my '79 for my 13b swap. The problem is, the surge tank and the other carter pump takes up all the space underneath the car, so I need to find another place to put it. Before I go ahead and pursue what I thought I should do, I thought I'd ask first.
I was going to put the Bosch pump behind the driver seat, since there is a hole already made so I can run the fuel line and any wires through. I was also going to make/place a custom shield over it, most likely with a coat of rubber on the inside, to mute the noise and just to be safe. Is this an okay thing to do?
I really have no other place to put it since the exhaust is going to be on the other side, and if I place it anywhere closer to the front of the car it will most likely scrape the ground if I go over any bumps/etc.

Please let me know for I want to finish the fuel system early today so I can work on something else as well.
Any comments/thoughts/ideas will help. Thanks

I wouldn't put anything that carries fuel inside the car -- pump, lines, or hoses. People belong inside; fuel belongs outside.

Well I made a plate that allows me to mount the fuel pump under the car, but I'm personally afraid it might be too low. It is a bit higher than the bottom of the diff, but more towards the middle of the car. I'm scared that I if I hit a bump it would scratch that. So I still somewhat debating whether I should mount it where I am currently prepping it or go back to the idea of relocating it behind the driver seat with a custom metal shield over it. Ideas?

Why are you mounting 2 fuel pumps? If you don't mind me asking.

My fuel setup is going to be the same REVHED uses, since he suggested it to me. The carter pump sends fuel to the surge tank then the bosch sends the fuel from the tank to the fuel rails.
