Fuel Pump / Fuse Box issue

Hey guys,

I tested on the 25VDC setting the connector for the fuel pump, which returned 0. Then the fuse and got 0. Then the other fuses and got 0. Then the battery returned 12. I had the key to the on position for all of these tests. Here's the dilema, the starter works, all of the lights that normally come on do come on. the horn works, the lights work, the hazard lights work.

Its almost impossible to follow the wires into the fuse box, there is some light corrosion would it be enough to not give a reading for the meter? Does it sound like I need to replace the fuse box?

OMG I need to get out of the sun. Because I've been painting, I didn't have the ground attached in the back. Works great now.
