Fuel problems...HELP!!!

Specs: 1985 Mazda RX-7 w/ 1.3L

The problem I am having is the car doesn't want to run, I can start it by pouring a small amount of fuel into intake but then it stalls out. I have replaced the inline fuel pump and the fuel filter...what else should I be checking? and FYI it has a 1/4 tank of gas.

The reason I say carb, is because on a FI rotary you cant just pour gas down the intake like he stated he has tried.

If It's a SE model check your main fuel injection relay and make sure both circuits it controls are powering up with the ignition on. It could also be a problem with your circuit opening relay not working correctly or even the ECU. If it turns out your car is carb'd then swap a fuel injected engine into it. lol!
