I would with 4 to 5 psi and work from there, is this is the limit for the stock nikki carbs that flow less air. Yaw's carbs work with as little as 2 psi depending on the application as this allows a richer high rpm range that can be adjusted with fuel jets and air bleeds on the secondaries. I have not seen much on how to properly set up a holley, but if I wanted to find out, I would probably go to the improved touring SCCA site and as questions there. Otherwise you can ask rx7carl, sterling, or Paul Yaw. I do not have their emails handy but I'm sure you can find them on the board.
