IN Fuel lines?

Since I am having the tank from my 7 cleaned I wanna go ahead and replace the fuel lines to but wanna make sure I do it right. I was thinking about running all new hard lines including the ones in the tank like I remember broke7 doing last year.. I am also gonna do something about a carb either rebuild my current carb or get a sterling. Also thinking about getting a new fuel pump but what should i look for PSI or GPH? Which is more important? Also gonna look at getting a new FPR mallery is what I think I am gonna go with.

If you are going to run a Nikki, use the 1-4psi Holley FPR and a Carter Fuel Pump(4070 I think).
No idea about making new lines, I just took some off a GSL-SE(Bigger supply and return).

I would go with 3/8" supply and 5/16" return.

Anyone using the MR gasket pump? Flows 42gph at 4-7 PSI and I can pick them up cheap at almost any autoparts store for less than $40.

I've used then on other cars and they are the noisiest pumps on earth.

i went with 3/8 lines to and from the carb when i did mine, all the way into the tank, i use the mallory fpr with the built in by pass, i was using a mallory comp 110 fuel pump(similar to the comp 70 but more flow/pressure) and you could hardly hear it running, after i had a run of 3 of them only lasting about 10k km each i went with the more affordable carter, but it is very loud in comparison, but like half the price

you could go with 3/8 feed and return with no problem.

aluminum will work. Just stay away from copper. I did mine in stainless and they were a real PITA to do.

Copper will corrode faster than aluminum or stainless steel.

Got the tank ready to reinstall but does anyone have PICS of the fuel lines under the car coming from the tank to the filter and pump and stuff? I only replaced the lines 1 at a time so not to forget what went where but I just wanna double check. The Haynes and chiltions both are NO help.
