Fuel line clog. AAAHHHH!!!!!

I was working with my first gen earlier and I got a few things that I needed some help with. These are the facts that come to mind at the moment.

First, I found that the engine is intact and has a nice compression ratio.
Second, my radiator is dry and there's very little coolant in the coolant tank.
Third, I can't think of a way to re-attach the wind-shield wiper control arm***.
Fourth, the needle on my speedometer is gone and I think I want to replace the gauge cluster, anyway.

And finally, I'm not sure how to handle the fuel line clog.
I took the fuel filter out and found that it was not only full of a yellow sediment of sorts, but also filled with ICE. Then I came to the conclusion that gasoline does not freeze at water temp... and now I feel as if I'm screwed until summer. I then drained the fuel tank, and found much of that sediment to be in the tank itself, too. My left arm was covered in it, and oddly enough it was a very burn-y type chemical. Your thoughts?

***The plastic saddles that held it in place broke out and only one is still intact. They're permanently on, and yes, I do have the arm itself.
