Question Fuel Guage

Hi All,

My fuel guage isn't working at all. I was told there is probably a ground somewhere that is bad. Problem is, I have no idea where the connections would be. I went through my manual here but I can't find any mention of where to look. Anyone know?

Thanks

should be a connector near the driver side rear wheel, it ha a tendency to corrode and not work right (mine didnt read below 1/4 tank)

Thanks,

I kind of thought it would be back there because I had to change the fuel pump and that is the same location. Time to jack her up and start wiring!

theres a good chance the whole connector on the sender unit is corroded, in which case, your hosed cause its a sealed unit, and 'em thangs ain't cheap.

Hopefully that's not the case but if it is I have a couple of extra's lying around anyways. May be better off just to replace the whole thing anyways. I'll be able to tell that when I get a peek!

Thanks for mentioning it.

If you've got a fuel level sender for a non-GSL-SE, I'd probably buy it off ya. I need one, badly!
