Front tires often rub at front fender / body panel...

I have 15" rims (Australian-brand mags...Rohor? I think, but cant remember. I'll check) and 205/50 x 15 Michelins on my '81. I had some Eibach springs installed about 3 years ago, and my front tires are so close to the fender-unders that I've noticed some contact of the tire to the under-flange of the front fender wheel-wells. I can see the tire rubber actually getting "cut".

The car has been sitting for about 6 months, as I bought a Tacoma 4WD, and now I'm getting it back on the road. (It needed a new radiator and clutch fan)

Anyway, I've heard that we can "roll" the fender-well to help this kind of tire-clearance issue. Anyone else have this problem? ...and what are some other solutions with methods to address this?

Ok, I've searched the forum and have found a tip to use a baseball bat or heavy pipe to roll the fender-flange under at 45 degrees. I'll attempt that!

I keep timing out when searching the forum, though...
