Front housing/omp help or i kill my self!!!!

Allright im not gonna kill myself over it.......
I have used the search and could not find the info i was looking for. I need to know what is behind the omp? Well i guess what i am saying is if I were to drill Below the bottom bolt That Holds the omp on would i hit anything? Exactly 1/16th of an inch below the bolt hole and drilling a hole would be 3/16th of an inch in diamater.
Anyone picking up what i'm putting down?

Theres some space down there. Remove the cover (which you better do unless you plan to drill a hole and put shavings down in your engine), find a suitable place and drill away. What for if I may ask?
