Front end bad inside tire wear

I completely rebuilt the front end about of my 81 FB 18 months ago. Replaced every thing with new parts. As soon as I finished I took it to a reputable front end shop and had them check all and align the front end and adjust my steering box. They new the correct way to adjust the 1st gen. RX7 which surprised me so I felt confident. Was working on it this weekend and noticed the my front tires are wearing very bad in the inside of the tire. I have hit no ban bumps or anything to knock out of align as it steers great. Seems I read somewhere there is a kit for toe end or out adjustment but I cant find info. Seems when the did the alignment they mentioned something about the toe in and said it was not perfect or something along that line. I cant remember exactly but have ruined a set of front tires that have about 6,000 miles on them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Dan

No I don't have an alignment sheet. Not sure what one is. Is there is a kit for toe end or out adjustment?

toe is adjusted through the tie rods no kit for that unless you have custom knucles. if the inside is worn down evenly than its your camber, if it has even cupped marks all the way thru its your toe and if its cupped intermitently on the inside than its probably your shocks

they should have given you a print out of the alignment when they were done, its a piece of paper.

Thanks guy's. The inside is worn down evenly. Is it possible that when I replaced my tie rods that I screwed them in to much where they could not adjust them? I ask because I seem to remember them saying that they adjusted them as much as they could. Were they shooting the bull with me?

could be that, if you screwed one side in too much like you say it would look to short but if they do alignments and they dont know that by looking at it than they are serious clusterfucks who shuldnt be doin alignments

for sure. no matter how far out of spec you installed you tierods, or any front end suspension parts, the should for the most part , be able to be put back in spec, especially toe. If you paid a shop to do an alignment, they should give you a print out of the before and after alignment specs. If the inside edges are worm out you either have a severe camber or toe-out problem or both

I would also just jack it up and see if something has come loose. I've seen tie rod end nuts come loose before and whack the front end out of alignment. You might check the wheel bearings too. You didn't say if you had replaced them or not, but even if you did, they could have loosened up.
