front camber?

front camber?

is it possible to adjust the front camber by any degree with stock equipment or are camber plates nececary?

you have SOME adjustment, but not much. (rotating the strut top changes camber/caster)

Racing Beat has adjustable lower control arms to gain more camber without plates, but again, not stock equipment.

But even camber plates will only give you so much, unless you have coilovers. The spring hits the inside of the strut tower before you get much out of them, otherwise. Still helps some though... Camber plates with coilovers will give you the full adjustability you're looking for....
