on my 85, i simply took off the lenses, and cut off the orange plastic - it was only glued onto the back of the clear plastic!

Is that true for all of the amber lenses or just the front bumper ones?

He's has the non-US spec front turn signal covers. I think Europe and Australian FB's have clear with amber lenses.

BTW.. anyone wanna sell me a pair?

I just made my own Aussie spec front turn lenes.
Orange / clear . I even added a seperate lamp bulb
for the clears. when the blinker, blinks the clears
just stay on and are isulated from the orange. The
clears could even be used as daytime running lights

I still have one last complete set of clear lenses. I just removed the link so I would not over sell them. If you still interested let me know via email.

Yes, I would rather buy new ones and still have the option of putting the amber ones back on.
