Front brake rotors for 79-83...but won't fit 84?

Front brake rotors for 79-83...but won't fit 84?
There are some listed in my local paper, described as 79-83. Will these also fit an 84? They are 4 bolt pattern...not 5. Anyone know?

84-84 have bigger bearings and the spindls are different too... not interchangeable!!

as he said the inner bearing is different, so 84-85 is different than the earlier ones
