Freemusic's 85 GSL-SE Project Pics...

i'm certain u guys are probably sick and tired of looking at threads like this...but...i just had to...this will mark the beginning of this project...and we shall see how long it take for me to finish this project...

again...let me stress the term project...like any project car...it's a money pit...i understand that...and...i'm ready to throw money at this car....just because...i've always wanted to do this...and...maybe it's a midlife crisis...

some say...people with midlife crisis either gets a new girl...or...get a new car...

in my case...i'm getting an old POS car (thinking maybe that'll be my license plate POS RX7)...and throw money at it....

i figure...if i throw enough money at it...it will miraculously come to life....

so...here goes...

dented rear...antenna's gotta go...

dented rear end...

rust bubble...

bad gas door...doesn't close...nor does it open...broken push button from under the dash...

dents and scratches...totally fixable...

dented driver door...

other than that...it's in pretty good shape...hasn't been driven in 5 years....

so guys...i got this thing for $500...good deal?...i think it's a freaking steal....but...jokes on me...i just bought me a money pit!!!!

so guys...any ideas on what to do with this project?

You may want to check the air in that front left tire.

Other than that, not so bad!

speaking for myself, only the ones that don't go anywhere because the person quit on it.
so guys...any ideas on what to do with this project?
clean it up
restore function to brakes and suspension
common sense upgrades
take care of rust
stock color
even if it's just the stock pieces, keep the fuel injection
mild exhaust

by the way, i love the daily.
