My eng was giving me some problems after it warmed up. It would start no problem. I would drive for 30 min or so then shut it off and would turn over but not start. I started taking motor apart tonight and discovered what happened. I'm not a expert but need some help in finding out what happened. Engine had around 3000-4000 miles since rebuild. I noticed e-shaft play was a lot before I took front cover off. Took cover off and noticed some damage. Let me know what causes this because I'm leaning toward e-saft play being excessive. All rotor housings/end and side housings are good. Apex/side seals are perfect. two or three of the corner seal rubber inserts are torn probably from play. Let me know what you guys think. Going to put it back together myself this time using 12A plates/-se housing/S5 rotating assy and running a holley 600.

Ya, and tell them that they better put a turbo on it for their ignorance.

 

Don't know what happened. Going down there with the damaged parts now so they can look at it..
