Flooding,running issues.
Disconnect the hose from the shutter valve to the air cleaner and plug it with a bolt. That will disable your shutter valve.
It has been mentioned several times, but it doesn't appear you have replaced the fuel filter or drained your tank. That should have been steps 1 and 2.
