OR flooding issues

so my 83 has some flooding issues. every time i try and start my car it floods so today I had my buddy try and start it and I noticed that on one side my jets are just pouring out fuel. i donno why its doing this im wondering if I lost a ball bearing when I rebuilt my carb.

any ideas?

From: Tulsa, Ok.
Tap on the fuel pipe attached to the top of the carb, above the side that fuel is pouring out. New needle/seats are prone to sticking.
