OK fixed the camara in time for my last run of the night.. gotta love zap straps!

Lots of fast cars out there this week but the little Rx-7 did pretty good keeping on par with a new vette.

New tires are a must

heres the vid
be sure to set youtube to hd or the vid will be grainy and choppy. This vid was shot at 720i

Was that an abandoned runway, or just a road somewhere? Nice job and great video!

It is an abandoned runway on the airport we rent

Small town so not alot of big areas to race on so this is the next best thing

Also I went for a ride in a 1st gen with a stock 13brew swapped into it with the stock turbos... What a ride I cannot believe how much power and how smooth the sequential turbo are. It was a blast and really makes you consider just a sraight swap. Definatly made the red dragon feel like riding a snail

lol, that's why I usually turn down offers to ride in the high horsepower cars. No matter how happy you are with your car, it just won't feel the same afterwards.

Alright autocross is going to be starting again soon so we went to work on project free autocross. I just happend to have another 1st gen sitting in my yard that I also obtained for zero dollars a couple years ago. It had real nice panels but was completely stripped. So we took all the good panels and doors and bumpers put them on the autocross car and painted it black.
Showing up this week is a cartech turbo setup for the 12A.
Now just gotta invest in some new tires and see how we do this year.
I will post a couple pics in the morning

Looks good I hope to be autocrossing my 7 sometime within the next few months. I am hoping that this car will be able to keep up with the competition a little better than my civic.
