Hmmm... I must be having a senior moment.

I'll check, but I clearly remember that time being part of the choke test; maybe it's CA-build specific. there are some funny California-only variances in the emissions stuff.

Wouldn't be the first clear-but-wrong memory to come out of this broom closet I call a brain.
