Finally Installed RB Headers and pipe

I finally got time off work during the day to put on my headers and get a straight pipe weld. Now that i have that carb mod and the headers with open exhaust. I cant believe how much faster i am. I feel like its a differnt car! My 0-60 feels like nothing. And today i beat a Civic Type R , or whatever those models are called, he had cold air and headers. My question is how much more of a noticeable performance boost will i see when i put on the holley kit from Racing beat?

thanks guys!

I wanted to add what i like about this setup, using the stock muffler.. the car sounds so damn whiney, like 110000 hornets are flying in ur muffler, its great.. Nothing on the street can match it but another rx7. 1 of a kind

I'm picking up a full exhaust header straight pipe to hight flow muffler by the end of the week. I'm glad to hear the difference is amazing, i'm hoping to achieve the same results.

Yes, the exhaust on a rotary make all the differnce. I use the RB presilencer, because without it is just too loud for me. But I do like the 11,000 hornet sound once and a while!

I'm well aquainted with the 'flock of angry hornets' sound; I've been using a RB header/presilencer with the stock muffler for a year now. However, the Magnaflow is on the way and soon the hornets will be gone.

Yep. Rotaries need to breath. I remember reading years ago the RB system was good for ~30 hp and the intake ~15 or so when used with their exhaust. You are going from roughly 100 hp to 145 hp, HUGE power difference. It pulls strong up top now...
