finally i got it right. project gslse/turboII update

well i was twiking with my car since last week and thursday i got her start without no trouble, but it had some misfirring and a exhaust leak. the same day after i got her running, i install the 12AT dizzy with the vacuum line too and wow that dizzy make a difference in my car. started faster that before and have less missing that before. friday i coulnd do nothing because it was -15 deggre outside. sat was better so i was hooking the vac lines better and so it look better too and i was trying to put the battery in my pass side storage bin but the cable that i brought was too short. sunday i put new spark plug and started up and it still had some missfiring so i starter tweking with the dizzy againg i put it like stock dizzy timing that is 5 degree leading and 20 trailing and it worked a little. monday i didnt do nothing, i came tired from work. yesterday i decide to work in the exhaust and i put gasket and clamps were i cut it so it match the exhaust that is in the car. started up. started way better that before and no missing. now it have a nice pruuuu. i took it for a spin and it fells better that before but i dont i didnt hit her hard to make any boost. i still have to put the turbo II water pump housing and im hoping to finish the car soon, i have alot left in my list. question do you guys know how much boost i can run with stock gslse ecu, injectors and fuel pump? im planing to change all that plus add a fuel pressure regulator but i cant now. thanks

Good job man, good to hear that its running better .

As far as boost, its all in the tuning man. Some people run high boost with he hig compression rotors, some people dont.

Tuning doesn't mean squat if the fuel pump and injectors can't keep up in the first place.

So you're running the turbo with a completely stock GSL-SE fuel system? Not even an extra injector and micro-fueller? Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me...

the car is not on the road for the same reason. that why im not going to make boost. im going to have the gslse ecu and fuel sistem replace in the mean time the car stays in my house without driving i have it like that until i get the rest of the list. right now i got he tune to start, warm up, maibe go around the block for a minute with out driving hard, and back home. i know i cant run the car with gslse fuel sistem im not going to destroy my car. in the mean time i drive my winter beater until i get her right
