Finally caught my car popin flames on video!

i've allways heard it pop flames but never saw it. And i allways wonderd why people honk at me saying im shooting fire. When i choke the motor cold is when i can get it to pop em on a constant. hence why it sounds like it does on the video. Normally when im running on a cold motor ill just be driving with no choke and it goes POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP! so loud your ears ring, well heres a lil video of them poping, it looks way cooler when its dark. maybe ill take a video of it tonight.. I love these freakin lil cars!@#% Like it said its real bright out so its hard to notice but you can see them if you look and you can definitly hear it. Ill take a video in the dark tonight

RIGHT CLICK AND SAVE AS if it doesn't work for you.

header and strait pipe helps. revving high helps. richer mixture helps.

message to anybody with no cats: hold a torch in the exhaust gasses right after revving the car. it will most likely ignite and be pretty at night Ask me how i know.

When I had a dellorto carburetor, racing beat intake, and exhaust, my car shot gigantic blue flames about 3 feet long when you floored it up to redline in fourth, then let off the gas. I got lots of thumbs ups for it, but never any video tape...

All you need is the right idle mixture and jet size and a straight exhaust with no baffled mufflers...

I had flames while decelerating from 5000 rpm in third after a small run through 1st and 2nd and partly through 3rd. My friend in a camaro that I smoked saw them.
