Talking Finally on!

BAM! How's that for kicking it up a notch?!

I just finished installing my FULL STREET PORT EXHAUST SYSTEM!!!
I hope you can tell that I am very excited

BUT... Got a few problems and questions...
1. Are there any other ways to support that heavy center section (the presilencers)?
2. I only have 5 of the 6 bolts on my header-to-center section joint on because I did not know that the top middle bolt would be nearly impossible to bolt on if everything is connected... Will it be ok if leave that 6th bolt off (top middle) or should I take the headers off and let it hang to get that 6th bolt on?
3. There is a little like... buzzing sound eminating from the bottom, seems like it's coming out of the header-to-center section joint... Could this be because I don't have the 6th bolt on?

Besides thoes... the exhaust system sounds much better than my stock--and it looks much better than that old rusted one

I'll tell ya right after i get that 6th bolt on... I think it would be much better if i went ahead and spared that hour to get that bolt on--it'll rest easier in my mind... and i think because that 6th one isn't on, causes that buzzing noise

I would put that 6th bolt on, cause if it's not there the noise will be louder and it will eat your gasket faster

DONE!!! Took 6 friggin hours to put that 6th one on...

*sarcastic voice* "Oh, it'll only take a few hours..."
I wish i could kill the person that designed the bolt locations on the pipe...
On the other hand... all i have is 2 3 ton car jacks and 2 normal car jacks and a pile of wood

Now all i have left is to make my own middle hanger (in place of the stock one) to help hold the middle section on and i gotta fashion a bracket since the rear hanger for the middle section is not very compatible with my RB system...

ALMOST!!!

Well... It's on and I've been driving it!

I can feel more low-end power... I can't currently feel for high end power since my carb needs to be cleaned (secondaries a little clogged). Other than that, I love the low rumble sound it eminates! The sounds just kicks ***...

Now i can fool ppl into believing i have a huge engine

I can't wait to hear our racing engine (stock porting, but hey..) start up. Yeah, that 6th bolt does suck on these sorts of headers, it's real rough, but you SHOULD be able to get it on without taking everything apart I think (unless we're thinking of different things.. I've got a 3-piece exhaust.. header goes to midpipe, midpipe has presilencers and connects to the muffler, muffler spits crap out.. 3 pieces.

Where the header met the midpipe I had some issues with the top middle bolt, but with two (12mm?) wrenches and a lot of *crap this sucks*, I got it to tighten on just fine.
