What I did is I installed a S5 ACV, rats nest and evrything else. Then I grinded a little off the lower manifold where the vacuum comes out for the SE/S4 acutators. I plugged up the holes. I was now able to mount the s5 acutators. Then I had to make a new stopper plate (ya know the plater at the and of the rods that turn the sleeves, that have the stoppers pointing out that prevent the rods from going to far in either direction) I ended up having to swap the S4 front and rear turning rods around too.
I made the new stopper plate with the stoppers in the correct position so the could be pushed instead of pulled. It works, but not that well. I'm going to swap on a S5 lower manifold after I pass emissions that way everything runs like it supposed to.
Just so the people know who arent familiar with the s4 setup, the port air was moved from under the primaries to under the secondary and aux ports. They moved it back on the S5 however. Since I have an S4 block, I need working port air so I can pass emissions.
