Fiero e-fan mounting

I have all of the parts to install my fan now, but I wanted to know how everyone that has done this has attached the fan to the radiator. (Yes, I searched but I couldn't really find anything usefull)
Should I make aluminum brackets that bolt to the stock shroud bolt locations?

This is an '83 S by the way.

Use a transmission oil cooler mount kit. Napa carries them # 1-4829. Consists of 4 stiff like nyties that go thru the mounts on the fan then thru the radiator. Also has 4 cushions/mounting pads.

What the doctor said OR fabricate a bracket with spacers so it will mount on the radiator's side mounts.
