If you ocan change your windows to lexan - that would save a lot of weight especially the back glass.

I weighed all my AC components from under the hood, hoses and all including braket. I think it weighed somewhere in the 30-40 lbs range.

thanks all. i will keep this all in mind when stripping it. its going to be my daily driver in a couple months, but i want speed out of it also.

If its going to be a daily driver, I would suggest just upping the hp. I know its more expensive, but when you lighten the car by any means, your going to loose some of you driver comfort. For example, if you remove the AC, you don't have any cold air for those hot summer days. Or if you remove the sound deadening, you will hear every single stone that hits the floor. Just something to consider.

Oh yeah, a 12A rim without a tire weighs just over 10lbs.
