Whenever I press the brake pedal, the stop lamp light comes on. What could cause this? I replaced all the bulbs, so I dont know. Second question, it sounds like the carb is sucking air where it isnt supposed to. I can only describe it as a "whining" sound. Thanks!

 

1) Brakes need to be replaced and/or you need brake fluid.
2) You've got a vacuum leak most likely.
