A few pics of my '79
Ive never posted any pics of my car before. Mainly because it looked pretty rough until i got hit by a cop back in November. The city paid for the repairs, and after looking around at different bodyshop, most of the paint job. Thank you city of Lousiville. (i never thought i would have a reason to say that.)
The paint is the stock Sunrise Red color. But for some reason the camera makes it look a little more orange.

Very nice indeed, sometimes I wish I had a SA instead of a FB since the SA looks so good with a nice airdam...but then I see the back end and am glad I have a FB

Its the IMSA airdam. Ive been told it was a factory option, but i have records that it was installed in '84. The car used to have sideskirts and a IMSA spolier. But, it was a little too much for me. So Carl is the proud owner of them now.
If anyone remembers the car used to belong to Jeremy. But its traded hands twice since then to me. I purchased it last spring from JDuncan.
I think the color looks more orange because the sun was REALLY bright that day. Even in person it didnt look that color. Im not really sure what it is.

hey Maguire-
Don't let the FB-boys give you a hard time about your SA's tail end, or anything else. I'll take a clean-sheet design SA22 anyday over those porpoise-nosed FB cars. ( oh, Did I mention I have an 80 SA, in Sunrise red, too I think history will honor the first of the RX's as one of the Best. She's a beauty!
