a few carb questions

I just picked up a weber 48 ida carb from RB for my 85 GS and i need to know what are some good jet settings to make it run well. I have a 12a with RB exhaust, MSD 6a box with Blaster 2 Coils. I currently have the factory settings but i know they will need adjustments. I have searched and found many settings with my setup except they were all streetport (which will be coming this fall sometime).

Secondly, on the weber carb there is only a fuel in. do i have to make a fuel return line for the carb, or can i just run it at a lower PSI such as 2-2.5 so i don't flood it? i have a carter 8 PSI fuel pump with a holley 1-4 PSI regulator and a summit pressure gauge.

Lastly, the intake manifold has a hole on the left side (looking from passenger side), is this for the brake booster line? if so what type of adapter do i need to fit in that hole? There are also two little holes on the front of the intake which i have no idea what they are for. I haven't had a chance to look at my current intake since the car is in storage right now.

I hope these questions make sense! Thanks for you help!

Phil
