It will require cutting, welding and filling. Its not a bolt-on application
I didnt do mine, they came like that when i bought it
Im not sure what you mean about flush, they are supposed to stick out to make more room for wider tyres.

I drove by that Celica yesterday, to talk to teh guy and see if he was willing to part with them. Sadly the guy was not there, but I looked at the flares, and they are made of a rubber like palstic, so I can just peel them off, and bolt them on. They also look like they might fit nicely, and they way they would mount would alow for wider tires/ deeper rims, but if you are running stock rubbers they may look decent as well.
They also have mudlaps built in which is a nice feature, because it gives you mudflaps, that look smooth with the car, are practicle, and yet sporty.

I think it is brilliant craftsmanship... or atleast alot better then mine. Out of curiosity how did you attact the rear fenders falres? Did you use screws, or rivits?
