Does anyone know what flares these might be?

Those look very nice. The way they blend into the body, it's anybody's guess. There was a huge amount of body work done to this car. They could be fiberglass flares modified and blended in, steel flares welded to the body . . .

If they were just bolt-on it would be easier to ID them.

I think it is custom as well. The Zstore has smooth flares but you can tell those have more bodywork.

Pertano used to hang around this site from time to time; maybe you could ask him, here or on facebook. He hasn't been around for a few months but I do believe that's one of his cars, based on the plate.

Used to see him at the IE meet from time to time.

I think its his too but he bought it as is so i dont think he can give much details. He told me that the kid who bought it wrecked it in last than a month.

I believe it's part of an early kit (might be pacific). I remember talking to him about it. So to somewhat answer your question, the flares/kit are NLA.
