F'ed idle

my idle got screwed after i removed my tb for cleaning (idled at 2k after that) so i adjusted my TPS with the bulbs and it helped but not completly. now when i first start it it will die almost ...stumbles really bad..then i give it some gas and its fine and sits at 650-750ish...after i drive it for a while it will idle at around 1200....wtf is this ****?? i adjusted my mixture and my idle screw but it doesnt do jack!!!! its an 85 gsl-se (13b)

My guess is you had a vacuum leak after re-assembly Now all of your settings are off because you tried to adjust around the leak. Find the leak, check your linkage, then adjust the settings back to spec.

hmmmm so u think if i took a propane torch and just turned it on and not light it i could find the vac leak???
