It's been done and iirc, you use the SA seat rails. Measure the bolt spread from side to side and front to back on the seats. If they're the same, they should bolt right in. If not, then you'll need to get creative, shouldn't be too hard.

As Trochoid said.

I did this, then ended up installing my stock seats again.
FD seats are great, only issue is that you sit higher, which sucks in every aspect.
But go ahead, You might like it - I did'n't

i have a set that supposedly had brackets made to go into a SA/FB, but the seller was a chump.

I have aquired a set of FC sliders as i like them a lot more than the weak 1st gen ones. eventually ill get them made to go into my car, but no rush.

in the time i used the crappy brackets from the seller i loved them. you DO sit higher, which can easily become an issue, but the seats feel awsome. they grip so well.

I used my FB sliders and a drill to fit a Sparco Sprint Jr for my drivers seat, and my co-pilot, being 6'2", needed something lower than stock to fit in the car, so I used the sliders from the passenger side to fit an S13 240sx seat much lower.

I wonder if anyone has ever tried putting Corvette seats into a 1st gen? I guess that should be it's own thread. Because the series C4 seats are really low so I was thinking of them when height was mentioned.
