Find a set of FB rear seats. They come up on EBay every once in a while or look in the for sale section. They normally go for around $200-250.

im telling you theres no point i had the pacifica rear seats that were made for the FB and theres only room back there for a midget or a 5yr old girl. if you dont believe me ask tranquil, i sold them to him, and he came to the same conclusion.

Just from the shape of the seats i realy dont think they would work. i think you would end up with large gaps between the seats and the sides panels of the car. Get FB seats if you can but FC seats seem to fit in pretty well.

But i dont think you should waste the time or effort with the FD seats.

There are also alot of FC seats for sale you just have to search old threads. When i was selling a set i saw tons of them for sale but nobody was buying them. So go bump some old threads or pm those members and im sure youll find some.

Some people ask for $150+ for fc seats but thats still pushing it unless you get all the brackets and seat belts.

Does anyone know where my seats originated from? I was told they were original from the dealer and not Mazda, but I don't know forsure. The car is a 1980 RX7. Sorry to steal the thread, I thought this pertained to the topic fairly well. Also, if I don't decide to keep this car I might part it out and I would be willing to sell the back seats. I'll let you know in a few days after a body man checks her out better to see if she is worth keeping. So, anyone know if these seats are original from the dealer?

FC seats fit fine, I have no idea if the FD ones would even come close. I have FC ones in both red and blue, along with all the hardware if I can find it. My 2nd gen has rear seats and the only benifit I found to them is when folded down, it extends the flat area of the rear cargo floor.

Looking at the FD seats in the eBay links, I have serious doubts they would fit and look right.

I would be interested in the red ones if you can find them and I am unable to get the other set I am thiniking about.
