Yes they do fit. They even work with the 2nd gen seat tracks. The only mod you have to do is to slightly redrill one of the seal bolt holes. 3 of the 4 line up. The other one is about a quarter of an inch off. You can physically move it over to bolt into the unmodified hole but then the seat tracks are out of alignment and the seats don't move right. I forget which bolt hole it is. Just modify the hole on the seat track slightly. It is one of the rear ones. Easy swap though and only takes a minute with a drill bit, Dremel. or die grinder to fix.

Or instead of drilling holes, swap a rail from the original seat to the one that doesn't match up and voila, you've got yourself some FC seats.
Thats all I had to do to get my GXL seats in.

Yeah, t2 seats are a ton better than the first gen seats. And besides, i got a pair with no rips out of a junk yard for $50.... damn i love junkyard hunting.
