I may be picking up a very cheap FB that has no interior. I've only worked on FCs and FDs so I don't know if a drivers seat from an FC would bolt right into an FB.

is the bracket the same size for the FB and the FC?

yup!! I had a 86 base, unbolted the seats from it, removed the FC rails from it, bolted up the FB rails, and bolted it in. I had heard that some holes needed to be drilled, and maybe in some instances this is the case. But for me it was a ten minute deal, much better, much lower, and looks better. Though a nice Sparco seat would look bitchin in there.

all you have to do is swap the rails. no holes to drill.

 

I don't think there are seats in the FB which means I can't swap the rails.

 

find some rails, will make your life a lot easier.

 

fb rails with fc seats. they are in my car...
