FC rear seats install in 1st gen

Im currently working on this project. Not sure if fuel pump relocation will be necessary. Will post pics when I figure everything out. If you guys have an ideas that would be great and if you could point me to some fc diagrams for the seat installation that would be awesome.

Its been done. I don't think you'll need to relocate anything except the little audio box things.

I was kinda wanting to do this a few years back, but I decided against it.

iirc you just need to create some loops for the seat backs to attach to. The rest of the seat just plops down on the floor.

Here's what needs relocation as the seats wont sit flush without it. Do you guys know what this is and what would be the best way to move it? Also those hooks on the bottom of seat dont really line up with anything not sure what to do there either. The top will just bolt in but this bottom area is turing out to be a little tricky.

Australian and Japan delivered 1st gen cars have a factory rear seat, depending on your personal comfort level with bodgy, the factory seat will end up much neater.

In my car (RX7 Series 2, GSL, 1981 model), I installed FC front seats, then tracked down an FC rear seat with the same trim, and had the 1st gen rear seat retrimmed with the FC fabric

Just in case you weren't aware though - the rear seats are completely useless in a first gen unless you plan on running a chauffeur service for midget amputees. The fronts rest against the rears. Literally zero legroom.
