FC fuses in place of fusible links

i remember reading somewhere that you can use the larger FC fuses in place of the fusible links in the FB. is there any truth to this? if so, what amperage ratings are recomended?

And if you're adding accessories such as an e-fan, sound system, alarm, etc... you can just grab a 2nd Gen fuse block from a junkyard and wire it up in place. It's pretty easy to get it setup, especially with the mounting bracket from ReSpeed.

i saw that. i do plan on adding an e-fan and a cd player(no subwoofers or any amps). i want the FC fuse block though. seems like a worthy upgrade! ReSpeed also seems like a reputable company! Jon, i'll be looking for tips and advice on this swap through the process, so if i have any questions do you mind if i shoot you a pm?
