FC 2000 ignition setup

Anyone installed this system or the FC 1000 on their car. I have it installed and working but have concerns with the configuration. I am getting a loud spark sound from within the cap I think and was wondering if this was normal. Would like to compare my configuration with others if possible.

Pull the boot back on the coil and I will bet that you will see the sparking arching there.

Yea I can't really tell for sure the exact location of the sound. I did spot that write up for the FC before but it didn't really help that much. I had to bypass the lead ignitor in order to get it to work correctly and was wondering if that was the case for others with aftermarket IC boxes.
