FB TII diagnostic help
Well yest. I cranked the engine for the first time after the swap and this is what happened..
I get good spark from both Leading and Trailing, getting fuel pressure after the fuel filter.. same setup as the FC, but I dont think that my injectors are firing when I pulled the spark plugs out they were dry.
Where should I start?
more info
Its an S4 with an FCD hooked up. Using S5 injectors (bypassed the resistor box)

Did you install the crank angle sensor correctly? The crank angle sensor installation procedure is in the fuel and emissions control section of the FC factory service manual, available in the 2nd gen section FAQ sticky thread.
Also, take the crank angle sensor (or an extra spare one). plug it into the harness plug but don't install it in the front cover. spin the bottom part with your hand. That will simulate a tach signal. The tach signal should make the injectors and coilpacks fire, and should make the fuel pump turn on. The fuel pump should also be triggered when the key is in the START position if the circuit opening relay is wired up correctly.
You should be able to use a test light on the injector signals from the ECU to see if the injectors are being pulsed as the tach signal is generated from the CAS. The ECU pinout is available in the fuel and emissions control section of the service manual.

the coil packs fire but not the injectors..
does the cas have seperate wires for just the injectors?
cause if the spark is there the cas is working?
I will see if the injectors are being triggered with a test light

The injectors should have 12V going to them with the ignition on. The "bypass" that you did to run the S5 injectors sounds like the first place that I would check. There is also a ground breakout in the harness that should be grounded on top of the rear housing. This ground is very often overlooked.

Well an update.. I found why I am not getting power to my injectors.. there was a blown fuse.. so now I am getting power to the injectors when key is in the ON.. but when cranking that fuse keeps on blowing.. Seems to be that I have a power and ground mixed up somewhere...
I will post my findings....
