FB RX7 Manual Vs. Auto Intake Manifold Differences?

Hello all!
I come before you with another (potentially stupid) question: are the intake manifolds on the 81-83 RX7s different between the two transmission types? I understand that the two differing systems have different vacuum needs, but I'm unsure if this was achieved by equipping all intakes with all the possible vacuum fittings and capping those that weren't needed for that application, or if the vacuum fittings differed. I guess the same question goes for the rat's nest as well: where they different or or just capped? I have a copy of the FSM for 83, but I'm not the brightest tool in the shed and I think I've spent too long looking at the vacuum diagrams to be able to notice things any longer. As my frustration at not solving the problems increases the diagram tells me less and less!

For some context I swapped intake manifolds from my manual trans 83 GSL with the intake from a 83 GS auto trans (cuz my original carb needed a rebuild and I didn't want to take it off the manifold on the engine) and I'm noticing that there seem to be differences between the two and I'm not sure I have everything hooked up properly. The car runs really well above 1500-ish RPM but it has a rough, stumbling idle and maybe a misfire when below 1500 rpm. If needed I can swap manifolds back, but I'm hoping I can just properly sort the vacuum system and be fine...

Source a Parts Manual doc here on the Forum and compare part numbers, if any diff. That may tell you something (like: there is SOME diff...)
Not prob definitive, but a start-

My guess would be that there isn't any difference because the trans port is part of the carb.

manifold is the same, there are differences in the carb, and i think the vacuum rack.
