Question FB owners who have switched to S4 intake-NEED INFO ASAP!

Just swapped over to custom made engine (S5 rotors and weights in S4 cast irons, exhaust ported) and switching from my stock S3 GSLSE intake to S4. I saw pics but not great detail about what to do about the 2 electrical connections on the drivers side "back" of the intake plenum. One went to the S3 plenum the other to the S3 BACV.......what do I do with them????? I saw a pic of someone making a connector from SOME wire with S4 plug into the S4 BACV. HOW Do I do that?

Second there's a vaccuum hose that goes from a black 3" long canister on top of the "EGR plate that used to go to the S3 BACV. What do I do with it now?

PLEASE HELP- at end of motor swap. Need done by end of tomorrow.

solution 1:
swap the s3 BAC on to the s4 manifold. requires some fanagling but it'll work. Then just hook the EGR up to it.

solution 2:
remove the BAC and get a peice of sheet metal and cap the hole off and buy a hose plug and plug the huge hose nipple on the back side of the UIM. As long as you dont' run an a/c you'll be fine. The BAC is there to help raise and lower the idle by letting more or less air into the engine with out it passing through the TB. This is used when the car is ideling and under load. Then seems how you don't have the BAC anymore remove the EGR and while your at it remove the rats nest and clean that engine bay up

^interesting. Heard from rx7doctor that I could use a S4 plug and use my BAC wiring harness and splice the two together to get the S4 one to work. Still doesn't explain the one remaining electrical plug that went to the S3 bottom of the plenum.....no plug on the S4 plenum.....

Bundle the plugs up and shove them under the manifold.. Look for a post by "firegslse" about his clean engine bay or painted engine bay..
