FB Coil Over recommendations

I’m in the process of swapping in a Ford 8.8 and I’m looking for recommendations for budget adjustable rear coil overs under $500ish I read somewhere that someone used a set intended for something else like a 3rd gen f-body but I can’t find it anywhere. I want to eliminate the spring perch and flip the upper link bars so they point inboard instead of towards the wheel. I need the room for my disc brake setup. And possibly future mini tubs.

I paid $295 for these welded bearing coil-over shocks, another $130 for the coil-over kits. Springs are stock FC rear springs, made some spring seat adapters for the slightly larger dia FC springs out of Delrin...

I also did a mini-tub at the same time, eliminated the stock upper spring seats and upper control arm brackets in the process. Made new upper shock mounts to clear the springs in basically the stock shock location, also notched the stock frame rails for spring clearance...

Basically added a strip of sheetmetal to the stock tub, then moved it in 1-3/8"...

Here you can also see the new upper shock buckets and bump stops added under the stock sheetmetal frame rail...
