Recognize this coil?

When pulling my leading coil to paint, I noticed that it is marked Delco-Remy on the top, stamped with the number 430, has a slightly taller body but is the same in overall height, takes an SAE wrench to get the nuts off, and is dented/damaged. All of this was in comparison to a set of stock coils, which was marked Diamond, like my current trailing coil.

Any ideas what this guy is?

My extra coils are still good if the factory coil would be better than this one, but was thinking of dumping the extra leading coil into my current trailing coil spot, even though I haven't researched if this is helpful or not.

Just a universal 12 volt coil.
Delco Remy is a General Motors product.

Will the dents effect any of the performance?
